In short

Lucky Orange combines heatmaps, recordings, surveys, funnels and live chat, using first-party cookies. Maximizii only does heatmaps and traffic numbers, with no cookies and no recordings, and also works in app webviews. Keep Lucky Orange if you use live chat or surveys.

What’s said here about Lucky Orange comes from its own site, checked in November 2026: home page, pricing, cookies and storage, privacy tools. Products change, so check anything that matters to you.

Maximizii does the opposite for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: nothing’s counted until your site says they’ve agreed, and you can loosen that yourself if you’ve decided to. Here’s how it works.
