A free heatmap tool, with the limits in plain sight.

Maximizii has no paid plan yet, so it costs nothing today, and there’s no card to enter when you sign up. Here’s exactly what you get.

In short

Maximizii is free today because there’s no paid plan yet. Each account gets 10 sites, 2 million events a month per site, 2,000 pages per site and 90 days of data. If we add paid plans, this page will say what they are.

When a site passes its monthly events, new events aren’t counted until the next month, and a banner tells you so. Your site isn’t affected.

Other free options

You should know about these too:

  • Microsoft Clarity is free and includes session replay, which Maximizii doesn’t have. If you want recordings at no cost, start there.
  • Contentsquare, PostHog and Mouseflow have free plans with their own limits, and all three include session replay.

Maximizii is worth a look if you’d rather have no cookies and no recordings, or if you need maps from inside a webview.

Questions

Is Maximizii really free?

Today, yes: there’s no paid plan and no card to enter. That may change, and we’d tell you first.

What happens at the limits?

Past 2 million events in a month, a site stops counting new events until the next month, and a banner says so. Past 2,000 pages, new paths are grouped together as other pages. Your own website carries on as normal in both cases.

Do I need a credit card?

No. An email address and a password, or a Google account, is all it takes.

What’s the catch?

It’s narrower than the big suites. There’s no session replay, no surveys and no funnels, and maps can’t be filtered by campaign yet.
